Refund & Cancellation

In the unlikely event of a covid19 lockdown, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. 

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on any services booked at a discounted price.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you submit your request for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

No refunds for training will be made after a class has started. 

No refunds for pet boarding will be made after the pet's stay has started. 

Cancellation Policy

1. Any class must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the starting time of the class, or they will be considered forfeited.

2. Cancellations will not be accepted if informed less than 12 hours before the start of the class.

3. In case the class is refused by the customer, applicable travel charges will be deducted before processing the refund. Flat travel charges are INR 800.

4. If you decide to cancel a class after making a payment and 12 hours before it starts, you can do so. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

5. Please note that cancellations will not be applicable for any orders placed with a discount or ordered in any type of sale.

7. Pet Boarding: Full payment for the total duration has to be made a minimum of 7 days in advance for confirmation of boarding. We cannot guarantee that place will be available if the advance payment is not made. In case of cancellation, 85% of the amount is refunded.
